Refund and Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is not a hygiene‑sensitive product

Non‑Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and medical safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Ear domes
  • Wax guards
  • Tubes
  • Batteries
  • Opened accessories
  • Any item showing signs of use

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Email us within 48 hours
  2. Attach photos/videos of the issue
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given at https://www.digihearingsolutions.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items will be replaced with the same item subject to the approval from the patent company. Sale/ discounted items cannot be refunded or return.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective. WE DO NOT REPLACE DAMAGED items. The defective items replacement will be at the sole discretion of the parent company.

REPAIR POLICY

The OUT-OF-WARRANTY item will be repaired with the approval of the customer and with full payment of the repair made in advance including courier charges.
